These tubes are suggested for application in pickling baths and in chemical and acid vats. Teflon FEP is resistant to most acids and bases. It is resistant to dry fluorine at 149°C among the organics nearly complete resistance is shown to aliphatics, aromatics, alcohols, acids, and chlorinated solvents.
